Key Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
Solid understanding of networking protocols, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
Familiarity with macOS and Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical staff.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure exchange and remittance industry.
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and endpoint protection strategies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex technical problems.
