Our client is a leading company importing and distributing premium cosmetics and sanitary pads across Tanzania. As part of their national expansion, they are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to drive sales growth. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and growing sales operations within the Central Zone. This role involves managing distributor relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets for the company's product lines.
Candidates will be expected to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather valuable customer feedback to inform business strategy. The position requires frequent travel across the Central Zone to engage with wholesalers and retailers, ensuring high standards of product distribution and merchandising are maintained at all times.

Key Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales, specifically within FMCG, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceutical distribution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal networking skills.
Must be a target-driven and self-motivated professional capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Possession of a motorcycle is considered a significant added advantage.
Male candidates are strongly preferred due to the nature of the extensive field travel.
Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis for weekly/monthly management reviews.
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stock levels and merchandising standards.
