MARKETING MANAGER @ GBCS
Gbcs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, this role involves managing marketing teams during exhibitions and leveraging both traditional and digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in brand visibility and a proven track record of increasing market share. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can navigate the competitive FMCG landscape and deliver measurable results.
Key Requirements
Holding Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce or any business management related courses
Having a relevant Masters degree is an added advantage
Experience in marketing and promoting FMCG for at least 5 years
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, and promotion campaigns
Experience in managing marketing teams in exhibitions
Experience in working and using traditional and digital marketing platforms
Practical experience in increasing sales and brand visibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and campaign performance.
Proficiency in budget management and allocation for marketing activities.
