Gari.com is seeking a disciplined and alert Security / Watchman to ensure the safety and security of our automotive fitment facility, staff, and customer vehicles in Mbezi Beach. This role is vital for maintaining a secure environment and preventing unauthorized access or potential incidents on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the premises and monitoring all activities within the center carefully. You must be comfortable working various shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 protection for our assets. Prior experience in security, police, or military service is highly preferred to ensure professional handling of situations. We value reliability and professionalism, and you must be capable of enforcing facility rules while maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor toward customers and colleagues.
Key Requirements
Previous security, military, or police experience preferred
Alert, disciplined, and reliable
Comfortable working shifts
Able to enforce rules professionally
Strong sense of responsibility for the safety of vehicles and facility
Ability to remain vigilant during night shifts and periods of low activity
Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures
Integrity and honesty in handling facility access control
Good physical health to perform rounds and patrols
Clear communication skills to report incidents to management
