Gari.com is looking for two dedicated Car Wash Attendants / Facility Maintenance staff to join our automotive fitment and service center in Mbezi Beach. The primary responsibility involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning services while ensuring the facility remains organized and clean. You will be expected to handle various vehicles with extreme care to maintain customer satisfaction while following established safety protocols. As a member of our team, you will be working outdoors and must be physically capable of handling the physical demands of the job throughout the day. Punctuality and reliability are key attributes we seek to ensure consistent service delivery. In addition to vehicle washing, you will assist in general maintenance tasks to keep our service center in top condition for our staff and customers, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Requirements
Previous car wash/cleaning experience is an advantage
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Careful with customer vehicles
Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly
Knowledge of different cleaning agents and their effects on paint
Ability to perform basic facility maintenance tasks like sweeping and organization
Strong attention to detail to ensure spotless vehicle finishes
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to follow safety protocols regarding chemical use
Effective communication skills for interacting with car owners
