You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and ensuring timely supplier payments and payroll. Your role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our automotive fitment and service centre through diligent monthly reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Tanzanian tax compliance, including VAT and PAYE. We value high integrity and attention to detail, as you will be working with software like QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo to manage our finances. Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, or similar software
Understanding of VAT, PAYE, and Tanzanian tax compliance
High integrity and attention to detail
Proven experience in bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial data
Ability to prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports
Experience in handling supplier payments and aging reports
High level of proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis
