Galfar Engineering is hiring a Site Planning Engineer for its ongoing Oil & Gas operations in Abu Dhabi. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with the master project plan. You will monitor progress, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on track. The salary for this role ranges from AED 8,000 to AED 15,000.
You will work closely with site supervisors and project managers to provide accurate data and reporting. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency in planning tools and a detailed understanding of construction workflows. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Ability to develop detailed project schedules and critical path milestones.
Strong analytical skills for progress monitoring and variance reporting.
Knowledge of cost estimation and project budgeting processes.
Excellent coordination skills between site teams and management.
Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
Ability to prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented mindset for tracking material and labor productivity.
