PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ GALFAR ENGINEERING
Join Galfar Engineering & Contracting in Abu Dhabi for a large-scale Oil & Gas and Pipeline project. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee all purchasing activities, from strategic sourcing to contract management. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials and services are procured within budget and on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards required for energy projects. The monthly salary for this role starts at AED 20,000.
As a key member of the management team, you will lead the procurement department and negotiate with local and international suppliers. You will play a vital role in project execution by managing the supply chain efficiently. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas procurement.
Proven track record in managing high-value contracts and vendors.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage global suppliers.
Deep knowledge of international shipping and logistics protocols.
Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement.
Ability to lead and manage a large procurement team effectively.
Familiarity with the UAE local market and regional suppliers.
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
Previous experience in pipeline or refinery project procurement.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
