CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (E&I / MECHANICAL / CIVIL) @ GALFAR ENGINEERING
We are looking for a Construction Superintendent specializing in E&I, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines for a Pipeline Project in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of field activities, ensuring that construction is performed safely and to the required quality. This role bridges the gap between engineering plans and field execution. The salary range for this position is AED 5,000 to AED 15,000.
In this role, you will manage labor crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining productivity and resolving technical hurdles on the ground. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Extensive field experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Proven ability to supervise daily site operations and workforces.
Strict adherence to and enforcement of safety and HSE policies.
Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams (Civil, Mech, E&I).
Strong leadership skills to manage diverse labor and craft teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
Knowledge of quality control standards and field inspection procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for on-site technical issues.
Prior experience in the UAE or Middle East energy sector.
Effective reporting skills for tracking site progress and productivity.
