CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ GALFAR ENGINEERING
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join our Pipeline Project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring that construction milestones are met safely and according to technical specifications. You will lead on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality infrastructure for the Oil & Gas sector. The salary for this position is AED 17,000 per month.
The successful candidate will be responsible for site planning, resource allocation, and maintaining rigorous HSE standards. You will report on progress and resolve technical challenges as they arise. This is a chance to work on a major project with a leading contracting firm in the region with no service charges for recruitment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience in large-scale Oil & Gas pipeline construction.
Expertise in project scheduling and efficient resource allocation.
Strong leadership and workforce management capabilities.
Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety standards.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6.
Excellent problem-solving skills for dynamic site environments.
Experience in managing stakeholders and subcontractors.
Prior experience working on major projects in the UAE or Middle East.
Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
