GAC is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team at the Jamana Industrial Park on Julius K. Nyerere Road in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and presenting our high-quality automotive solutions, including the EMKOO model. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for lead generation, conducting professional product demonstrations, and finalizing sales agreements. You must possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Must possess a valid and clean Driver's License.
Proven track record in sales or a customer service-oriented role.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing techniques.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and product features.
