Key Requirements
Must be a South African citizen.
Minimum of 3 years experience in appointment setting, remote sales, cold calling, or virtual assistant roles.
Previous experience working specifically on UK or US campaigns and time zones.
Strong English communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Proven ability to handle objections and meet performance-based targets.
Deep understanding of KPIs and remote sales performance metrics.
Own a reliable laptop or PC with good specifications for remote software.
Stable high-speed internet/WiFi connection at the home office.
Possession of a backup power solution to ensure connectivity during load shedding.
