Key Requirements
Strong grasp of Tanzanian labor laws and employment legislation.
Passion for ethical business practices and high levels of professional integrity.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes efficiently.
Experience in managing employee benefits and performance appraisal systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
