SALES AND MARKETING (1 POSITION) @ G GARDEN AND GRILL
G Garden and Grill is looking for a creative and high-energy Sales and Marketing professional to drive brand awareness and increase revenue for our Dodoma venue. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract local residents and tourists to our garden and grill. This includes managing social media platforms, organizing events, and creating promotional offers that resonate with our target audience to ensure consistent foot traffic throughout the week.
In addition to marketing efforts, you will take an active role in sales by identifying corporate partnership opportunities, booking large events like weddings or corporate dinners, and maintaining relationships with key clients. You will monitor market trends in Dodoma's hospitality sector and provide feedback to management on how to improve the guest experience. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys working in a vibrant, social environment where creativity and sales results are highly valued.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel or restaurant sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to design creative promotional materials and write compelling marketing copy.
Experience in event coordination and corporate sales outreach.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Analytical skills to track campaign performance and ROI.
Highly motivated with a goal-oriented approach to hitting sales targets.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required for effective client communication.
