FutureTech Labs is seeking a visionary R&D Director to lead our innovation efforts in Dubai. This role involves driving cutting-edge research and development initiatives, managing a talented team of engineers and researchers, and aligning technology strategies with business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle and fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence within the organization. The position offers a highly competitive salary range of AED 80,000 to AED 105,000 per month. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in Research and Development (R&D) at a senior level.
Strong leadership and management skills to oversee large multidisciplinary tech teams.
Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing successful tech projects.
Strategic planning and execution of long-term R&D roadmaps.
Advanced degree such as a Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to manage complex budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
Deep experience with product lifecycle management from concept to market launch.
Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies and global industry trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex technical challenges.
