QA/QC OFFICER (PLASTICS INDUSTRY) @ FUTURE TENSE HR
Future Tense HR is looking for a precision-driven QA/QC Officer to join a leading Plastics Manufacturing team in Dubai immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes specifically within Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Lamination production lines. You will ensure that all manufactured plastic products meet the high-quality standards and technical specifications required by the industry. This role involves working closely with the production and engineering teams to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
The position offers a competitive salary described as "Best in industry" and follows a standard work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, six days a week. We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background in Mechanical, Plastic, or Electrical Engineering and significant professional experience in the plastics sector. Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period of 15 to 30 days. Key Requirements
Expertise in Injection Molding processes
In-depth knowledge of Blow Molding techniques
Strong understanding of Lamination in plastics manufacturing
BE in Mechanical, Plastic, or Electrical Engineering
Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience are eligible
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of solid experience in the Plastics industry
Willingness to work a 6-day week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Ability to join immediately or within a 15–30 day notice period
Precision-driven mindset with high attention to detail
Proficiency in quality control testing and inspection protocols
