Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the digital products or e-commerce sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ebook products.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with digital platforms.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to manage sales activities and priorities.
