FRUITION BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED, on behalf of its client, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their team as a Chapati Kneader and Cook. This role is crucial for ensuring the daily production of high-quality chapati, following specific guidelines and standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the business owner and play a vital part in the daily culinary operations.
Key responsibilities include preparing chapati dough, kneading it to the correct consistency, folding the dough, setting up cooking utensils, rolling out chapati, and cooking them efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness of all cooking tools and the work area is paramount. Candidates must be diligent in following all instructions provided by the business owner. The remuneration for this role is 5,000 Tanzanian Shillings per day, totaling 40,000 Tanzanian Shillings per week.

Key Requirements
A minimum of primary seven education or higher.
At least three months of proven experience in food preparation, particularly with chapati making.
Proficiency in kneading chapati dough to the specified consistency.
Ability to fold and roll out chapati skillfully.
Competence in cooking chapati efficiently and to a high standard.
Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of all cooking utensils and the work environment.
Ability to strictly follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the business owner.
Age between 18 and 35 years.
A genuine passion for cooking and food preparation.
