SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ FROSTAN
Frostan is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to lead our financial department in Bagamoyo. The role involves managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing audits, preparing detailed financial reports, and optimizing accounting processes within the organization. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
High proficiency in English Language (written and verbal).
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge and experience using Odoo ERP software is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and statutory reporting.
Ability to manage complex financial data with high accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
