Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Clearing and Freight Forwarding.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in the field.
Proven experience in handling difficult customers.
Strong skills in solving CRM challenges.
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics management software and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Experience in container freight station (CFS) operations.
