CASHIERS-FEMALES (10 POSITIONS) @ FRANNIE

Key Requirements
Possess a Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualification in Hotel Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to handle cash and electronic transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili to serve a diverse customer base.
Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple customer transactions simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional customer-focused approach.
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and honesty when dealing with financial records.
Proficiency in using basic computer software and modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the daily activities of a busy retail shop.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and handling customer inquiries or complaints.
