KIDS ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR @ FORT JOHANNA DAY CARE CENTRE
Fort Johanna Day Care Centre is seeking a creative and energetic Kids Activities Coordinator to transform Saturdays into the most exciting destination for children in Kigamboni. This role involves planning unique activities, including swimming, outdoor adventures, arts, and games, while creating vibrant content for our social media platforms to engage families. You will be responsible for bringing fresh, creative energy to every Saturday experience and ensuring unforgettable birthday celebrations.
In addition to coordinating on-site activities, you will play a key role in driving growth for the center. This includes responding to parent inquiries, building community relationships with local schools, and promoting our services to ensure high attendance. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-driven, and truly passionate about creating magical memories for children while helping us build a leading weekend community destination.

Key Requirements
Love working with children and maintain a positive, fun personality
Proven ability to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Creative thinker capable of designing new themed events and experiences
Must live in or near Kigamboni and be available every Saturday
Demonstrated experience in event planning or activity management
Prior experience in customer service or sales environments
Ability to build and maintain relationships with parents and schools
Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the childcare center
