Key Requirements
Over 8 years of experience in a management or director-level role.
Deep functional expertise in HR, Finance, Operations, or Technology.
Experience in developing and executing functional strategies.
Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to align department goals with overall business objectives.
Familiarity with the Canadian regulatory and business landscape.
Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reporting.
Proven commitment to diversity and inclusive management practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
Relevant University degree; post-graduate qualifications are an asset.
Experience in project management and budget control.
