We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Risk Engineering team, focusing on building and scaling high-performance systems for our rapidly expanding fintech platform. Key Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack delivery experience across frontend and backend technologies.
Proven expertise in designing solutions across complex data systems.
Strong ownership, system design, and production engineering mindset.
Ability to build, deploy, and optimize scalable full-stack applications.
Experience designing complex UIs, workflows, and backend services.
Proven track record of improving reliability and performance in production environments.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with product and risk teams.
Ability to help shape architecture for systems used at a massive scale.
Background in building enterprise-grade financial or fintech platforms.
Strong understanding of data integration and workflow automation.
