FOICO Builders is seeking experienced and trustworthy Site Foremen to supervise construction projects across Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing the workforce, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed to the highest quality standards.
Foremen will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on site, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. You will be required to read and interpret complex construction drawings and provide regular progress reports to management. The role involves being mobile and prepared to work on various construction sites across the country.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Construction or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
High level of integrity.
Willingness to work anywhere in Tanzania.
Ability to manage onsite labor teams.
Proficiency in resource allocation.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
