PHARMACIST @ FMR AGENCY
We are seeking an experienced and licensed pharmacist to oversee the professional and operational activities of our neighborhood pharmacy & supermarket. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the pharmacy department while ensuring that all healthcare services meet the highest standards of safety and professional excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community pharmacy and a passion for patient care. The role is based in Gbagada, Lagos, providing a central location for local residents to access essential medications and health advice. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions accurately, offering clinical advice on treatments, and supervising the overall pharmacy staff. You must stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with the supermarket management to ensure seamless operations between departments. Expected Salary: ₦300,000-N350,000.
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
Current license to practice as a Pharmacist in Nigeria (PCN registration).
Minimum of 2-5 years post-NYSC experience in community or retail pharmacy practice.
Strong knowledge of drugs, pharmaceutical care, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, counselling, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and stock control systems.
Ability to manage and supervise pharmacy support staff effectively.
Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical pharmaceutical practice.
Excellent organizational and time management skills in a retail setting.
Capacity to provide accurate medical information and health consultations.
