FMR Agency is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to drive product visibility, availability, and execution across assigned outlets in Nigeria. This field-based role is vital for ensuring that products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and competitively priced according to brand standards to support overall sales growth. The work involves covering multiple locations including Oyo, Ado, Calabar, Suleja, and Lokoja. The salary for this position is ₦50,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels to prevent stock-outs, enforcing FIFO principles, and tracking competitor activities and market trends. Building and maintaining strong relationships with outlet staff is essential, as is the execution of in-store promotions and product launches. Additionally, you will monitor freezer conditions to ensure cold chain compliance and manage company assets such as POS materials. Daily reports on stock, sales, and market insights are required to maintain operational excellence.

Key Requirements
OND, HND, or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, or distribution.
Good knowledge of the retail and open market environment.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling field operations.
Ability to monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs effectively.
Proficiency in enforcing FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methods.
Capability to track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with outlet staff.
Skills in executing in-store promotions, product launches, and activations.
Ability to monitor freezer conditions and ensure cold chain compliance.
Experience in managing and tracking company assets like freezers and POS materials.
