ORACLE RETAIL L2 SUPPORT ENGINEER @ FLEXON TECHNOLOGIES
Flexon Technologies is seeking a qualified Oracle Retail L2 Support Engineer for an onsite position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing comprehensive application support for various Oracle retail modules such as RMS, RESA, RHIM, and GL. The successful candidate will work within a professional environment to ensure the stability and efficiency of merchandising systems, collaborating with technical teams to maintain high operational standards. The job responsibilities include daily monitoring of batch jobs and managing integrations to ensure consistent data flow across the enterprise. Candidates will be expected to resolve system failures promptly and provide detailed analysis of technical issues. Mastery of SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC is essential for success in this role, as these tools are integral to the troubleshooting and optimization processes required for this position. This onsite role requires a candidate who can work effectively in Philadelphia to support the retail application ecosystem.
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of L2 Support experience in Oracle retail modules.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System).
Extensive knowledge of RESA (Retail Sales Audit) modules.
Professional experience with RHIM (Retail Home and Integrated Merchandising).
Familiarity with GL (General Ledger) and merchandising business processes.
Proven ability to monitor complex batch jobs and system integrations.
Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving data flow failures.
High level of proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL and PLSQL code.
Hands-on experience with the Databricks data platform.
Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for enterprise apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for production support.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with onsite teams.
