Key Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
Strong knowledge in IFRS, audit, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting.
Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Leadership mindset with a hands-on operational approach.
Professional qualification such as ACCA or CA is highly preferred.
Experience in managing end-to-end financial operations including GL, AP/AR, and cash flow.
Ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Skilled in tax compliance matters including VAT, corporate tax, PAYE, and statutory requirements.
Excellent communication and advisory skills for coordination with management and stakeholders.
