Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
Minimum 5 years' secondary school teaching experience
Leadership experience in quality assurance, discipline, or pastoral care
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience with Cambridge or international curriculum is an added advantage
Must be a secondary Cambridge English teacher or Science and Mathematics teacher
Proven ability to lead the implementation of the school's behavior and discipline policy
Experience in tracking student academic progress and analyzing performance data
Demonstrated expertise in implementing the school's quality assurance systems and procedures
