Five Star Equities Tanzania Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Shaker Table & Centrifugal Concentrator Operator to join our dynamic gold processing team in Kongwa, Dodoma. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our production operations, ensuring the efficient recovery of gold through precise equipment management and process optimization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of gravity recovery equipment, including shaker tables and centrifugal concentrators. You will work within our site in Ijaka, Kongwa, to maximize throughput and recovery rates while adhering to strict safety protocols. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced mining environment and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating shaker tables and centrifugal concentrators in a gold processing plant.
Good understanding of gravity gold recovery processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize plant performance.
Physically fit and willing to work in a mining environment.
Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail for monitoring feed rates and equipment performance.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate production and recovery documentation.
Knowledge of standard health, safety, and environmental procedures in mining.
Strong mechanical aptitude for performing routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
