RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS / MANAGERS @ FIRST HOUSING TANZANIA

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management within the banking sector.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of various banking products and financial services.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Swahili.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.

Proficiency in using banking software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
