IT PROJECT MANAGER – END-TO-END CREDIT AUTOMATION AND DIGITIZATION @ FINESSE GLOBAL
Finesse Global is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Project Manager to lead a mission-critical end-to-end credit automation and digitization transformation project. This role is central to our technology domain, requiring a leader who can manage large-scale technical deliveries and ensure seamless system integration within complex banking environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the full technical lifecycle, from architectural validation to API-driven connectivity and final deployment, ensuring that all solutions meet the rigorous standards of the financial services industry.
The project involves high-level strategic coordination across multiple workstreams, including workflow automation, low-code platform implementations, and the integration of advanced AI/ML models. This position offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic business hubs of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Successful candidates will manage diverse technical teams, navigate core banking landscapes such as Temenos T24, and execute complex data migrations and technical cutovers while adhering to Agile and DevOps best practices.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 7-10 years of professional IT project management experience.
At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale software implementation or system integration projects in the banking sector.
In-depth understanding of banking IT landscapes, including core banking systems like Temenos T24 and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Proven experience in managing technical delivery for enterprise-grade workflow automation or BPM platforms.
Technical expertise in managing projects involving AI/ML model deployment and integration.
Strong understanding of data engineering principles and MLOps frameworks.
Ability to oversee complex system integrations and validate technical architectures across diverse platforms.
Hands-on experience planning and executing complex data migrations and technical cutovers.
Experience with Newgen workflow automation platform or similar low-code enterprise tools is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud architectures, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
