Fiftess The Househelp Agency is a fast-growing domestic staffing agency based in Nairobi, dedicated to bridging the gap between families and high-quality, vetted domestic professionals. As we continue to expand our reach across Kenya, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Loimwa Mall on Kamiti Road. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility and ensuring that families seeking reliable nannies and househelps can easily find and trust our services through our digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence across major platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will focus on creating compelling content that converts interest into qualified leads while building a community around our brand. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing agency where your creativity and strategic thinking will directly contribute to our growth and the empowerment of domestic workers throughout the region. Key work locations include Loimwa Mall, Kamiti Road, Nairobi.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in professional social media management.
Demonstrated experience in creating engaging graphic and video content.
High proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
Deep understanding of TikTok trends and platform-specific algorithms.
Proven ability to execute lead generation strategies on Instagram and Facebook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management.
Previous experience working in a service-based business or marketing agency.
Basic skills in photography or professional videography for content production.
Comfort and confidence in appearing on camera for promotional material.
Knowledge of paid advertising strategies to scale digital reach.
Ability to track performance metrics and optimize social media strategies.
