CIVIL BIM SR. COORDINATOR @ FIBREX
Our Contracting Division is seeking an experienced Civil BIM Sr. Coordinator to lead BIM processes on our major infrastructure and building projects in the UAE. This role is central to our commitment to technology-driven construction, involving the management and coordination of complex 3D models. You will be responsible for ensuring that the BIM workflow is efficient and that all civil models are coordinated across various disciplines to prevent clashes and errors during the construction phase.
The Senior Coordinator will oversee a team of modelers and work closely with project managers to integrate BIM data into the project lifecycle. This is a high-level technical role requiring significant expertise in BIM software and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles within the UAE context. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our construction deliveries in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and beyond.

Key Requirements
Relevant experience in BIM coordination specifically in the UAE.
Degree or Diploma must be attested by MOFA.
Currently residing in the UAE.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
Expertise in clash detection, resolution, and coordination meetings.
Experience in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Strong leadership skills to manage a team of BIM modelers.
Thorough understanding of 4D and 5D BIM applications.
Excellent communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Proven track record of working on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
