ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN @ FIBREX
The Contracting Division at Fibrex is inviting applications for the position of Architectural Draftsman. This role is focused on producing high-quality architectural drawings and shop drawings for diverse projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and a deep understanding of construction detailing, ensuring that designs are both aesthetically sound and technically feasible.
Working as part of our technical team, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed technical plans. The role requires a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining the standards expected in large-scale UAE construction projects. Key Requirements
Relevant drafting experience within the UAE construction market.
Degree or Diploma must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and shop drawing preparation.
Knowledge of international and UAE building codes and regulations.
Ability to interpret architectural designs and engineering specifications correctly.
Experience in coordinating drawings with other disciplines (MEP, Structural).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet project milestones.
