TRACKING OFFICER @ FHAAMLOGISTICS
Fhaamlogistics is looking for a dedicated Tracking Officer to join our logistics department in Tanzania. This role is critical to our operational success, as you will be responsible for monitoring the movement of goods in real-time, updating transit statuses, and proactively identifying potential delays. You will provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure that all logistics operations remain transparent and efficient.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and highly organized, with a clear focus on data accuracy and timely communication. You will assist in troubleshooting tracking system issues and liaising with drivers or transit partners to ensure cargo reaches its destination safely and on schedule.

Key Requirements
At least one year of experience in a logistics tracking role
Strong technical skills for using tracking hardware and software
Ability to monitor multiple shipments simultaneously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability to handle transit updates and inquiries
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining transit logs
Capability to work collaboratively with transport teams
Understanding of logistics routes and transport planning
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
