Fhaamlogistics is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, facility maintenance, and administrative management. The ideal candidate must be a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on maximizing property value and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include managing property portfolios, executing lease agreements, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring full compliance with local property laws and regulations. You will represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of service to ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term retention within the Tanzanian property market.

Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in property management
Proven ability to manage tenant relations effectively
Strong understanding of local Tanzanian property laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
Ability to handle maintenance requests and vendor coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in lease negotiation and contract management
Commitment to maintaining high occupancy rates
Valid professional certifications in real estate are a plus
