BOND OPERATIONS OFFICER @ FHAAMLOGISTICS
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bond Operations Officer to support our logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling bonded warehouse documentation, tracking cargo clearance processes, and ensuring compliance with customs procedures in Tanzania. The successful candidate will work closely with customs authorities and internal logistics teams to expedite clearance and minimize delays.
This position requires a person who is diligent, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain accurate records of bonded goods, monitor entry and exit documentation, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met to prevent operational bottlenecks.

Key Requirements
At least one year of experience in bonded warehouse operations
Understanding of customs regulations and procedures
Ability to maintain accurate logs and documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems
Ability to communicate effectively with customs officials
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting
