fhaam logistics is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR Officer to support our expanding operations in the Logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resources tasks, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and maintaining meticulous employee records. The role is designed for a professional who can thrive in a fast-paced transport environment while ensuring high standards of administration and compliance.
In addition to administrative duties, the HR Officer will oversee attendance and leave management, handle HR compliance issues, and provide support for staff welfare and performance management. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a positive organizational culture and ensuring that all personnel policies align with industry standards and legal requirements in the logistics sector.

Key Requirements
3-4 years of experience in the logistics industry (Transport).
Proven expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ability to maintain and manage detailed employee records.
Strong skills in attendance and leave management systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR administration and compliance.
Experience in staff welfare and performance support initiatives.
Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
