HR OFFICER @ FHAAM LOGISTICS
Fhaam Logistics is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic team within the Logistics and Transport industry. The HR Officer will also be responsible for HR administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting staff welfare and performance. Key Requirements
3-4 years of Experience in the Logistics industry (Transport)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations within the region
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff engagement
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record management
Ability to manage employee attendance and leave tracking systems
Experience in managing staff welfare and performance support programs
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity
