FFES CONSULTANTS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for leading, coaching, and supervising our sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market presence through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. You will play a vital role in ensuring the excellent coverage and visibility of our products within the market, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key responsibilities for this position include monitoring daily sales activities to ensure effective execution and providing guidance to the team. You will be expected to analyze sales performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and reporting findings to management. Additionally, this role involves ensuring the timely collection of payments and proper management of receivables, along with strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. We are looking for a motivated individual who can inspire and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with experience in hygiene products being a significant advantage. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and supervise a sales team. Strong capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Excellent analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and market trends. Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ability to prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide regular feedback to management. Competence in ensuring timely collection of payments and managing receivables. Commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Strong motivational and development skills for team members. Must be 30 years of age or younger. Preference for female candidates.
