Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using HR systems or recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
Ability to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
Proven skill in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels.
Capacity to maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases accurately.
Capability to prepare detailed recruitment reports and hiring updates.
