SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER / LEAD PLANNER @ FERROPANGULF
Ferropangulf is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer or Lead Planner to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction project scheduling and control. This role involves developing and maintaining complex project schedules using Primavera P6, while meticulously monitoring progress to identify potential delays and implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
Beyond technical scheduling, the Lead Planner will serve as a critical point of coordination between project teams, external contractors, and various stakeholders. Responsibilities include generating detailed reports on project status, assessing risks, and managing timelines. The role also requires active support in resource planning and project forecasting to optimize operational efficiency. Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software for scheduling.
Prior work experience within the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
ADNOC approval is considered a significant advantage.
Proven ability to develop and update detailed project schedules.
Strong skills in monitoring progress and identifying project delays.
Capability to recommend and implement effective corrective actions.
Expertise in preparing comprehensive project status and risk reports.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and contractor coordination.
