PRINCIPAL / HEAD OF PRE & PRIMARY SCHOOL @ FELIXSTOWE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY
Felixstowe International Academy is seeking a visionary and dynamic educational leader to serve as the Principal/Head of the Pre & Primary School divisions. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight for our Daycare, Pre-School, and Primary sections, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality, internationally-focused education to our diverse student body. This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing school operations, curriculum delivery, and the professional development of our teaching staff.
The Principal will act as a key liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community, ensuring that academic standards are met while prioritizing student welfare. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Cambridge International Curriculum, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, and driving the school’s strategic vision for growth and excellence in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or Primary Education
Master’s Degree or PGCE is highly preferred
5–7 years of experience in educational leadership within an international school setting
Expert knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum
Proven ability to supervise and develop teaching faculty
Strong interpersonal skills for community and parent engagement
Demonstrated track record of upholding high academic standards
Proficiency in school operations management and resource allocation
Deep understanding of student welfare policies and child protection standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills in a multicultural environment
