Key Requirements
Three to five years of proven long-distance driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
Must hold a valid Class E driving license issued by the relevant authorities.
A valid passport with at least one year of validity remaining for international travel.
In-depth knowledge of regional transport routes into Zambia and Congo.
Proficiency in basic mechanical skills to perform minor troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance.
Excellent physical health and stamina required for long-haul travel.
Fluent in both Kiswahili and English for effective communication and documentation.
High level of personal discipline, reliability, and professional conduct.
Ability to manage cargo documentation and adhere to international transit laws.
Demonstrated ability to meet strict delivery deadlines while prioritizing road safety.
