Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration
7-10 years of experience in civil/structural construction
Proven expertise in direct project-management exposure
Must be registered or registrable with ERB or AQRB Tanzania
Professional registration with international bodies like ECSA, ICE, or IStructE
Demonstrated experience in industrial, energy, mining, or pipeline construction
Strong knowledge of CRB registration and classification
Proficiency in HSE and quality assurance protocols
Advanced leadership skills with ability to manage diverse engineering teams
