Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Transport & Logistics, or a related field
2-4 years' experience in operations, hospitality, tourism, transport, or customer service
Experience in multi-site operations is an added advantage
Operational planning and coordination
Customer service orientation
Leadership and team supervision
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
