FAVORITE HR SERVICES is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to contribute to their Transport and Hospitality industries. This vital role involves supporting various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include managing HR programs, providing guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining HR records. Experience with HRIS systems and the ability to work effectively across multiple business units are essential.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
Experience in hospitality, tourism, transport, or multi-site operations is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing priorities
