Favorite Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Controls Coordinator to join our manufacturing and agriculture team based in Morogoro. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operational and financial processes are robust, compliant, and efficient. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, monitoring system performance, and providing actionable insights to senior management to mitigate risks and enhance overall organizational integrity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or a related field
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ICC or CIMA
Post Graduate Qualification in a related field
Active membership of NBAA, ACCA or equivalent professional body
4 to 6 years of proven professional experience
Specific experience working in manufacturing environments
In-depth knowledge of Financial Auditing principles
Proficiency in IFAS System for AOI
Advanced user skills in SAP ERP systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
